WeatherTotals widget
The WeatherTotals widget displays measured figures for a US state or city in an iframe you can embed anywhere. It is free, needs no key, and uses the same spotter and station observations as the rest of the site.

A small link in every widget footer points to the corresponding WeatherTotals page, with a public-domain notice beside it. Please keep that link visible; the free widget's only cost is keeping the link in view.
The US government releases this data into the public domain. Any site can use the widget at no charge; the only request is that the credit link stays visible.
